Joe Collins
Chair
Joe retired from the role of Ornua Chief Risk Management Officer in 2020 after 35 years’ service in the commercial ingredients, trading, and risk management areas. A former director of Animal Health Ireland Joe is farming in North County Dublin with a focus on drystock.
Sean O’Sullivan
Sean joined the board of the Golden Jubilee Trust in 2025 after retiring from his position as CEO of Cork Co-operative Marts Limited having served for 29 years in that role. Sean is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He has served on the board of Cork Education and Training Board and is currently on the Cork ETB Audit & Risk Committee.
Edward Carr
ICOS President
Edward is President of ICOS and Chair of Arrabawn Co-operative Society Limited. He is a member of the ICOS Dairy Committee. He is a dairy farmer in Milstone, Thurles, farming with his wife, two daughters and two sons.
Sean Brosnan
Trust Director
Sean is Chairman of the ICOS Marts Committee and Secretary of Castleisland Co-op Mart. He has served as Vice Chair of Kerry Co-op and former Chairman of Kerry IFA. Sean is a dairy farmer from Castleisland Co. Kerry.
Maeve Henchion
Trust Director
Maeve Henchion is a researcher and member of the management team in Teagasc – the Irish Agriculture and Food Development Authority. She is also an adjunct professor at University College Dublin, and sits on the board of public sector and local development organisations.
Pat Clancy
Pat is Chairperson of Dairygold Co-Operative Society Limited. He is a member of the ICOS Board and the ICOS Dairy Committee. He is dairy farming in partnership with his wife Carmel and their son Seán in Ballyporeen, Co. Tipperary.
Sinead Farrell
Secretary to the Trust
Sinead Farrell is Chief Financial Officer with ICOS. Since 2012, she has been responsible for the provision of accounting and administration services to the Trust. Sinead was appointed Secretary to the Trust in April 2016. Sinead worked in practice for 10 years gaining vast experience in auditing, accounts and taxation. She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, an Associate of the Institute of Taxation and an associate of IPASS. Sinead has a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards.
